I loved the power button cover, which was as responsive as the original. It’s true that the hole cut for the headphone jack was deeper than any I had ever seen, but guess what? I just about never seem to need headphones with my iPhone! When I jog, my music is playing out loud from a Schosche armband holding my iPhone.

I almost never use headphones with my iPhone. I own an iPod Touch and that’s my real music player. In the car I have Bluetooth and that handles my phone calls. The enlarged headphone jack seems to serve two purposes. One, it allows for a wider range of headphones to fit into the jack and two, it opens up access to the iPhone’s antenna band which the company hoped would help with reception, but more on that later. I did find the built in sleep/awake button to be very responsive. It feels and acts just like the iPhone’s button does.

Q:How do I remove tarnish from my Vapor Nickel?

A:You can clean your Vapor Nickel by applying a small amount of tarnish remover availble at any hardware, drug, or home store and polishing with a clean soft cotton cloth.

Q:Why is the carbon-fiber attached with adhesive?

A:By not capturing the carbon fiber in the case, it keeps the case as thin as possible. Also, special adhesive is used that is removable. We did this so you can use the case with or without the carbon plate. And to be interchangable with new clear and white back plate coming soon. Just keep the adhesive clean and you can reuse it as many times as you like. New back plates are coming soon!

Q:Did my order ship?

A:If you did not receive an email notifying you that your order was shipped, then you order is still in process. As your order is readied for shipping, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please keep an eye on the information from the parcel service as it may take up to 48 hours for it to update.

Q:Will the vapor case work with my earphones/charger?

A:Due to the ultra-slim design, we can not guarantee that it will fit all third party/non-Apple approved chargers, earphones, and accessories.

Q:Does the Vapor have a Flip lid like the Liquid case?

A:No.

Q:Do you ship internationally?

A:We ship to 178 countries outside the USA and only accept PayPal for those orders.

Q:When do I choose my colors?

A:Pre-order customers will receive ordering instructions on a first-come-first-served basis as soon as product becomes available. You will be able to choose from the available color/finish options at that time.

Q:Can I buy the Vapor with no laser engraved logos?

Q:What is anodizing?

A:An electrolytic passivation process that adds a hard layer of oxide for color and abrasion protection.

Q:What is Carbon Fiber?

A:A carbon-based composite material that is strong, light, and very expensive. It's normally used in the aerospace industry as well as in motor sports. On the Vapor, it's used to protect the back of the iPhone while only adding a few grams of weight. And it looks trick!

Q:Will the Vapor case protect my iPhone?

A:Any case will protect your iPhone from some things, but no case can protect your iPhone from everything.

Q:Will the Vapor case improve my signal?

A:It may or it may not. We don't make claims that it does.

Q:When will custom engraving be available?
